Privacy policy — INC Wars

This policy covers the game INC Wars in all its versions (PC, Android and browser) and this website. In short: the full, paid version does not collect or send personal data. The free Android version, INC Wars Free, shows Google AdMob ads, and those ads do process data, as explained in section 4.

1. Who is responsible

2. What is stored on your device

• Saved game: only on your device (browser or app storage and, in the desktop version, the save.json file in your user folder). It is not sent to any server.
• Backups: if you use Steam Cloud or Android backup, that copy is handled by Valve or Google under their own policies.
• Achievements: on Steam (or Google Play Games, if enabled) the game only reports the identifier of the achievement earned.

3. Full version (paid)

No accounts, no ads and no analytics. The game has no servers of its own and does not contact third-party services to track your activity. It does not collect, send or sell personal data.

4. INC Wars Free (Android, free)

• It shows Google AdMob ads. Some are optional and give an in-game reward.
• To show them, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process data such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app data, and information about how you interact with ads. Google is responsible for that processing. The developer does not receive that data, only aggregated revenue reports. More information: how Google uses data from sites and apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy.
• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, before showing personalised ads the game asks for your consent with Google's message (UMP). You can refuse personalisation and keep playing.
• You can reset or disable your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
• The full paid version includes none of this.

5. This website

• It uses no cookies and no analytics tools.
• It stores in your browser's local storage only the language you choose (English or Spanish).
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when the page opens.
• Like any web server, the hosting provider may log technical data (IP address, date and requested page) in its access logs.

6. If you write to us

We use your email and the content of your message only to reply to you, and keep them for as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to nicolascorta@fixerfoxgames.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). For data processed by Google in ads, exercise your rights under its policy.

8. Children

The game does not ask anyone for their age or personal data. In Spain, personal data processing can be consented to from age 14. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian before accepting the ad consent message in INC Wars Free.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with its date.
